you can create an outbound delivery with reference to a sales order with T code VL01.

You can create an outbound delivery for areturns PO & stock transport orders only. Transaction code VL10B.

hi,

- you can create an outbound delivery with reference to a sales order with vl01n or vl10* transactions, and

- you can create outbound deliveries without any reference documents with vl01no.
