User role

Hi Experts,

I have to create a table in R/3 system using su01 transaction code. Could you please tell me, what role(role name) we should have for the user to create the table.

SAra,

If you want the User whose User Id you are creating to create a table you can assign the role: SAP_BC_DWB_ABAPDEVELOPER

Dear Sara,

Looks like you are new to basis...

Please do the following procedure

Go to the trasaction PFCG ->enter the role name SAP_BC_DWB_ABAPDEVELOPER>Now click on the change button>Click on the User tab>Enter the username under User ID>Now Click On User comparison->Now click On Save Button

If you find the way suggested by Arun tough u can simply go to SU01 give the User -Id -> change -> 'Roles' tab -> Give the Role -> Enter -> Save

Hi,

Thanks for your responses. Ya, I new to Admin tasks.

I have created the role for the user. Now , I am getting error while creating the table.

Creating one more thread..please answer for that.
