How do I create the visible border outline for windows in sapscript?

You can use the BOX command
Use the BOX command in the Window in which you want to have the outline. Just put the command there without any text element. So, it will always prints the Border.
/: BOX FRAME 5 PT

How about the thinnest possible outline?
The one that you posted is very thick.

I think 1 PT is the thinnest we have.
