Missing options on the logon pad.

Hi All,

I upgraded my logon pad version to 6405.5.23.1024 with Patch level 18.

On my logon pad, i do not have USER-DEFINED, SERVER & GROUPS buttons.

I did not have these options even before the version upgrade but I thought with the upgrade, i will get those options.

Can anyone tell me how to get those options?

Hi SAP Learner,

If you wish to download SAP Logon.

Download it here. http://service.sap.com/swdc then search for SAP GUI

Thanks.

Jeff

Hi,

Please check the two files in the directory

C:\WINDOWS\SAPwksta\setup\SAL\

There you can see saplgpad and SapLogon

So double click on SapLogon and there you will get all the buttons.

Then put a shortcut of SapLogon in you desktop.

It will solve the issue.

Please go through Jual Ryes reply and it will clear you doubts.

Regards,

Arun

Hi Learner...

SAPLogon and SAPLogon Pad are not the same. SAP Logon Pad do not have those option because is design so the end user can't modify the entries for the different systems...You need to access via regular full SAPLogon to get all the options...
