NWDS Language problem

Hi All,

I am working on MSS cat application, I can see all UI data , Message pool text and comments in code in german. I want to see them in english. What changes I need to do . One more question how can we know the exact application name, ex :If want to modify some I view on MSS Employee Working Time, how do I know the application name on the NWDI for creating project.

Hi Keerthi,

You need to change language settings for JCos, this is done NTW Admin. or Baysis.

To find the application name-> Open the iView in Portal Content Administration. There you can find the application name in properties.

I think if we change jco language setting, it wont change language of UI elements. Can anyone guide me on this.

Hi,

1) Change the language from the portal personalization.

2) If the same user is available in the back end you change the logon language from their too.
