Interesting issue here....
I created a business system, assigned the logical system, ...etc..etc
Imported the swcomp into ID.........completed the scenario..
Now in Communication channel monitoring i dont see the communication channel that i created for the System, i can see it on XI under sxi_cache...........under the business system, I dont see it in communication channel monitoring.

Hey
which Service pack you are running?also which adapter you are unable to see,can you see other adapters?
secondly try to do a refresh using the following URL
http://<host>:<Java-Port>/CPACache/refresh?mode=full
Thanx

I can see other adaptors, Also i created the communication channel under the business system......so...its already part of the scenario...Did a complete cache refresh and a delta cache refresh.............
i can see the comm channel in sxi_cache thats telling me ....there is a synchronization issue somewhere.................

:)i knew it will be either HTTP or IDOC,thats whay i asked in the beginning itself.
non of them run on Java stack(they run on ABAP stack),so you won't see them in RWB.RWB will only show you adapters running on Java stack.
to monitor IDOC adapter use SM58,to monitor HTTP adapter adapter use TCPGateway
Thanx
Aamir
It seems to be a sync issue...Can you see the objects in ID......as Doss said check to make sure its assigned to the scenario...........refresh the cache, delta and full cache refresh...then try creating another ..if that also doesent show up check the port.
If nothing works..call the basis team....something is out of sync
