We are facing some trouble with setting default values for drop-down lists. These are populated using global entry lists (from BI queries).. We want to default the drop-down selection to something like 'All' (for all entries)..Since the "default value" property doesnt really work, we manipulated this by using 'additional entries' for 'All' in the dynamic entry list.
However, when we use the same technique for setting the default drop-down (for fiscal period) to "Current Fiscal", we're unable to see the drop-down defaulted to this.
Another mysterious occurrence is that if we hv a start point or results from a data-source feeding into the input chart, the defaults (for dropdowns) dont show up, they're blank instead.
Would really appreciate if anybody has insights on how to work around this to display the defaulted values? Thanks a lot!
