Updates to external requirements with existing bid invitation

I have an existing sales order, purchase requisition, external requirement in SRM and a bid invitation created but not published.

Now I change the sales order quantity. I can get the PR and externnal requirement quantity to update in SRM. However the quantity on the bid invitation does not update.

Is there a way to update the bid invitation?
