Shopping cart to Bid Invitation

Created a shopping cart and then a Bid invitation in Sourcing Cockpit. Before publishing the bid, if I change the SC quantity for a line item, that change is not reflected in the bid. ANy suggestions to see the changes in Bid?

Hi,

Since you have already created the Bid invitation for the shopping cart,i dont think the quantity will automatically be updated in the Bid invitation.

What you can try is updating the data in the Bid invitation(as per the changes in the SC data) programatically thorugh the BADI "BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI " for BUS2121(Bid invitation).

The logic would be to fetch the SC details(Use the FM "BBP_PD_SC_GETDEATIL") by passing the SC no.Compare that with the Bid invitation deatils/data(Use the FM "BBP_PD_BID_GETDETAIL to get the BI details).If not same,then update the specific data of the Bid invitation in the BAdi.
