Hello all,
I am trying to use the MDM Portal Business content for the Customer Repository provided by SAP. I would like to check-out the record when the user starts to edit the record and check-in when the user saves the record in the Item Details iView. Can someone please tell me how I can achieve this?
I also would like to understand how checking-in and checking-out of the records will work with MDM iViews. Can someone please point me to a place where this is documented?

The properties of each search iView created can be edited or customized in the Property Editor. Some properties are iView-specific, while others are the same for all iViews.
<u><b>Procedure</b></u>
a)From the Property Category dropdown list, select Customization.
b)Edit the list of customization options as required. The tables below show the possible editable customization options for the different search iViews:

Hi,
iViews are configured so that they interact with one another. This is called eventing.There are unlimited combinations when configuring customized events.
