Smartform and mail

Hi experts

I've created code to create a smartforms and send it through email.

The smartform creates correctly PDF file and attahc it to an order (I can see the smartform), but when it is send through email I find in mail the attachment correctly but I can't open it because there is an error: File does not begin with '%PDF-'.

Can you help me to resolve this preoblem?
