Error in client copy

Hi,

we have created a client 100 in client 000.We are unable to login to client 100 using SAP* username and PASS as password.If possible klinndly provide sap note for this error.Kindly send solution as early as possible.

Dear Sekar,

check the value for the for the parameter login/no_automatic_user_sapstar

in the instance profile.if the value is "1" then please change it to "0".

Also if the parameter is not there,the add the parameter

"login/no_automatic_user_sapstar" with value as "0"

And restart the instance.Then try to login to the client using SAP*
