why i can not get any values from the webservice's reference parameter

dear guys:

i have exposed a webservice in sap ecc5 from a function, the function is used for get an sales order through the order num,the function has an table ,when i assume the webservice in my .net programme , i found the table structure consist an ref parameter ,but i can not get any value from the ref parameter,but i can get the value in the function test in se37. why , and how i can get the value,
