Which SRM version are you using ?

<u><b>Look for smartforms using the transaction SMARTFORMS

type name as BBP_BIDINV_BID and/or BBP_OUTPUT_COVER (Related to SRM Bid)</b></u>

<u>This smartform BBP_BIDINV_BID is only used to send email notifications. You can not display a mail preview via transaction BBP_BID_INV.</u>

The only thing you can do is to publish your RFQ, and check sent email (generated from your ZBBP_BIDINV_BID) in transaction SOST. The emails sent out can be manipuated via <b>BADI BBP_CHANGE_SF_BID</b>. Using your own bespoke smartform based on the standard BBP_BIDINV_BID smartform. (BADI <b>BBP_CTR_MAIL_BADI</b> can be used to change the subject line, users , email contents for any document in SRM.)
