need tc_sec_destinations_service.jar file

Hi,

I need tc_sec_destinations_service.jar file. Can any one please tell me where exactly I can get this file?

I am getting "Cannot find class file for com.sap.security.core.server.util0.IDEException" without this jar file.

I dont know exactly where it is.

But I can send you few JARs and PARs for security.

Pls tell your mail id, if you need.

I have following files:
