Warranty Administration--urgent please

Hi all,

I am working for a client where warranty plays a major role. the finished goods are sold along with warranty commitments. The warranty period for some products is 6 months from the date of invoicing. how can i map the same in SAP.

Pl guide in the same.

Vikas,

You must be maintaing serial number.You can mention warranty start & end date in the serial number.
