We are using NW Application Server 04S on a 64 bit Intel system with Windows Operating System. Can someone point us to the Sun JDK which can be used for the 64 bit Intel system. The one available at <a href="http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/SAPsite/download.html">http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/SAPsite/download.html</a> is a JDK for Windows AMD 64 bit system. Appreciate any help on locating the appropriate JDK for the Intel 64 bit version.
The term "AMD64" and "Intel EM64T" are used as synonyms.
What "64bit Intel system" are you running? If it´s a Xeon 64bit then the given JDK is the correct one. If it´s Itanium-2, then you have to download the version for IA64.

The "SAP" version is a special build for AMD64/EM64T since at the time of the release of the Java version 1.4.2 there was no x86_64 hardware/operating system available.
