SD configuration - Newbie question

Hi all.

Define a new Sales Order Type (T.Code: VOV8).

I want to enter value for field: Version Number Component

but It doesn't appear on the Maintain Sales Order Type screen.

How to make this field appears?

I want to enter value for field: Probability and Incompl.proced. (Incompletion procedure)

but It is disable. How to enable it?

hi

for incompletion procedure u have to assign it in VUA2

and regarding probability i think it is standard

These are comes under basic functions( like partner,text, incompletion,account det,pricing etc and these are assigned to billing doc type through this)

they are standard we cannot change them in OVLK

but you can chenge them

for output determination in V/71

for text in VOTXN select delivery

storage location is determined by MM

shipping pointdelivering pointstorage condition= storage location

Another question, while I define a new delivery type ( 0VLK ) some fields are disabled:

Stor.loc.rule, TextDetermProc.OutputType, Application ... (in block Document Content)

I don't know how to enter value for these fields.

How to do this?

incompletion procedure v are assigning in VUA2

Probability: The probability (expressed as a percentage) of the customer confirming the inquiry or quotation as part of a sales order.

So for OR its the std sale order its prob is 100% ie its the final confirmation from customer.

if u see IN, QT the probability will be different and we can change according to the requirement
