how to install DR Server

Hi All,

we are planning to install DR server for our production system at a different location. We are using R/3 4.7 and oracle 9i on SUN Solaris 9. We are planning to install DRS on SUN 10 which supports only oracle 10. I wanted to know if this is possible to install DRS and also please let us know the procedure to install..

both servers must use the same Oracle version... so, upgrade your system to Oracle 10g... or downgrade your SUN OS on DRP site to Solaris 9.

The same edition of Oracle Enterprise Edition must be installed on all systems in a Data Guard configuration
