Asset retirement- capitalisation date not changing

Hi All,

1. I retired one asset with revenue without customer on 30th Sep'2007 through TCode: ABAON .

2. subsequently I reversed the retirement through AB08 ,

3.The asset master shows 'Deactivated on' 30.9.2007

I do not how to remove the deactivated date from the asset master. Because of this the asset register report is not showing this asset at all.

Hi Vidya,

once we retire the asset deactivation date is updated automatically in asset master data. so now goto AS02 and enter asset number then press enter.

now remove deactivation date manually.
