In R3 system it is possible to do a count without the reference of a PI doc. but we are entering the count through SRS in our stores. In SRS we first need to enter the PI doc to enter the count? Is there a way where in we enter the count without refering to the PI doc in SRS?

Workaround to this, is there a way to create a PI doc in R3 for all the articles in a particular site?

PI Doc is necessary for count to be entered. Without the PI doc you cannot enter any count in the system. also MI31 will help you rasing the PI doc for all articles through a batch input method. In MI31 you can also select to create multiple PI docs for all stock in a storage location. The maximum number of articles that can go in 1 PI doc is 999.

You can create a PI document w.r.t. Site & Storage Locaiton combination using transaction code MI31.
