BAPI_STSRVAPS_SAVEMULTI2 : Got stuck :(

Hi Frns,

When trying to execute the BAPI "BAPI_STSRVAPS_SAVEMULTI2", its asking me for a stock type and ATP cat type...

What should i enter in these fields... i just want to create a stock, which can be used for furthur planning in SNP...

I got stuck up here... Please reply as soon as possible..

Hey,

   There must be some Product which is not present for the location you are passing.

Hi Kris - you need to know what kind of stock to create - there are different types of stock such as restricted, unrestricted, blocked, in transit, etc. Once you know this drill into the domain of the stock type field for the correct value. Then go to /sapapo/atp03t and find the ATP category for the corresponding stock type - search for stock.

I want to create Unrestricted stock... I got to know the ATP category as CC , but wat i have to enter as Stock type.?

In the BAPI I have to enter two digit numeric code...

Hi,

Check the Stock Categories values below:

11 Unrestricted-Use Stock (Relevant to Planning)

12 Blocked Stock

13 Restricted-Use Stock

14 Stock in Quality Inspection (Relevant to Planning)

15 Stock in Transit

16 Stock Transfer from Location to Location

17 Stock Transfer from Sublocation to Sublocation

here are my inputs for the BAPI...

ST : Stock type : 11

AT : ATP Cat : CC

Location : XX1

Loctype : 1011 (xx1 is a vendor location)

version : 000

Qty : 12

Owner : XX1

---

When tried to execute with this inputs, am getting the following errors

1. Location does not exist for external location XX1, type <unknown> and BSG UMRUMC

2. Stock wtih key ALL could not be changed

One of my frn said, that I cant create stock at Vendor location... is it true.?

Hi Kris,

You can create stock at vendor location also using this BAPI.

Stock created:

Please make sure that the product exists at vendor location.
