Hi guys,
my current customer traditionally uses only three priority values for support messages (SLA contract...), whereas the default priority scheme for message type SLFN uses four (low, medium, high, very high).
I want to avoid deleting one of them (e.g. low) because I suppose this might lead to problems with the "Send to SAP" functionality.
But even if I delete default priority 4, I cant find a way to do the same in the satellite system: if I delete the according priority in TA "DNO_CUST01" for notification type SLF1, the support message creation dialog still lists priority 4 "Low"... Where can I change this setting in an ERP satellite?
Does anyone have an idea how to deal with this?
My last answer would be to build a user exit that changes priority 4 to priority 3 upon saving the message in the satellite system...
Thanks
Christoph
Hi Christoph,
Some time ago I had a similar problem and SAP Note 964598 helped me. But i think that those four priorities are mandatory.
I hope this SAP Note could help you.
Best regards,
Tomas.

Not sure if its the appropriate place for that but have u checked into transaction SM30 the SCPRIO object?
Try this...
Hope it helps you...
Taking the oportunity, I am trying to make the product SUPPORT_HOTLINE that I created some SLAs to them be automatically placed for every new SLFN that raises... do you have any idea how do I link this to the SLFN?
