HTTP Timeout 402 - Automatic Restart

Hello everyone,

We have a IDOC > PI 7 > HTTP scenario.

We were getting ICM_HTTP_TIMEOUT HTTP Error 402.

I changed a number of parameters which i found on sdn:

parameter HTTP_TIMEOUT (in sxmb_adm > integration server )

parameter icm/conn_timeout in smicm

parameter icm/server_port_0 (TIMEOUT, PROCTIMEOUT) in rz10

Our problem is not resolved.

When sending many - not too big - xmls some messages go in state "Automatic restart" in sxmb_moni and its queue goes in to retry.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Dimitris

hi,

Have you restarted the server after making these changes.

As this will reflect after restarting SERVER

As it turns out it was due to server restart, only because the first time round it did

not seem to do the trick.

Thank you all fro your input.

Dear Dimitris,

you can go to Transaction code

SXMB_ADM>integration engine config:

you just increase HTTP_TIMEOUT value in runtime category

Refere SAP Notes : 824554

just ping the taget system and RFC destination

Also refresh the adapter metadata in SXI_CACHE..

in case of BPM, you can check the Workflow log for what you are getting error

Some help link

Also try with deleting errored workflow entry with SWWL transaction and re-run the entire process.

Hi,

Check whether the CACHE is updated. If the same occurs once gain try to refresh the Cache manually ( Tcode- sxi_cache )
