Completed order not really complete

Hello,

I have a sales order which is open (i.e. it has only an open outbound delivery and NO billing document, not even a cancelled one) but in the document flow it appears as completed. It also doesn't appear in VA05 under open sales orders, but i see it under all orders.

How can this be?

I checked copy control from the sales order into the delivery type (at item level), and doc flow is enabled.

Should i look anywhere else?

hi,

in the item copy ctrl chekc if u have maintained the doc flow update feature.
