No maintenance cycle is open for the current system (SOCM_ACTION_LOG011)

Hello!

I have the problem to solve the issue with CharM be setting an urgent correction in state "In Development" and get the following error:

No maintenance cycle is open for the current system

SOCM_ACTION_LOG011

It is furthermore not possible to see any urgent correction is tcode TMWFLOW/MAINTINT.

The last issue:

it is also not possible to create an urgent correction from tcode above:

I get the error:

No production system is specified for Solution Manager project CHARMSRM

Message no. /TMWFLOW/TASKLIST144

How can I track the problem?

- Identify assigment of relevant SAP System with IBase component

- Identify assigment of task list (maintenance cycle) to IBase and to relevant system

- be sure that IBase works fine

Hi,

please check the following:

- correct system/client is assigned to urgent correction (field: installation/component)?

- check if the system assigned to the urgent correction is part of a logical component (TX: SMSY) and of type "production system"

- did you create a SMI project (TX: SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN) and assign the logical component (which contains the system/client assigned to the urgent correction) to it?

- is the project assigned to the change request management (TX: SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN)?

- did you create a maintenance cycle for that project (TX: SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN) and activate it (TX: SCMA)
