When running SOLAR01 and access Administration tab i get "Business Blue print is locked" Message no. SOLAR191
How do I unlock this as I need to add project resources

goto solar_project_admin transaction ---> Open your project -
> Goto Scope tab
and uncheck the check box "edit structures, change documents and administration tab".
