different invoice numbers for same invoice from 3 different plants

Dear Experts

my client requirement is that - different invoice numbers for same invoice from 3 different plants-- should come for a single sales order.

suppose there is plants like-- 1000. 2000, 3000 and, if we have to raise invoice for the sales order containing single item which is produced in 3 plants, then , the each invoice from each plant should contain 3 different invoice numbers , for example- 1001, 2001, 3001.
