Inspection plan regardless of revision level

Hi All,

Can we mentain inspection plan for a material regardless of revision level?

Issue : Material is having multiple revision level but it doesn't affect inspection specification and cirteria, hence no need to change in inspection plan.

Can i use same inspection plan for different revision levels? If yes How?

SAP also support this (Check "Feature" of below link), but unable to map

I do not think the revision level affect the inspection plan.

you can use same plan.

Hi Reddy,

Revision level affects the inspection.

If you don't mentain inspection plan for revision level, system will not calculate sample size & won't allow to do RR/UD/Stock posting.

You will get error"Inspection plan could not be found"
