Table update

Hie Experts,

I want to update my custom ztable from VC .......

Is it possible to display current records of some database table, also modify existing

records, add new records and delete unwanted records and update the custom table

in R/3.... all through VC....!!

Just as a hint in my blogs I write about using ABAP RFC function modules in VC and reading and updating database tables in the backend by using open sql in abap:

Hi Bijal,

of course this is possible;

1) you need to create RFC in the R/3 system that can be used to display, modify, add and delete records from your table

2) In VC, you can add on your table some action buttons and make use of system actions like "insert record" "remove record" and so on in order to maintain the content of your table

3) Just call the necessary RFCs from VC in order to effectively change the table in the back-end
