Automatic Email notification of ST03N data

Hi everyone,

Currently, I provide <b>dialog steps data from ST03N</b> to my client on a daily basis using a spreadsheet that I send via email. I want to somehow <u>automate the data extraction process and the email notification sent to my client</u>. How can I do this? What do I need to setup in the system to achieve this?

Kris,

As siddhesh said it is not possible thro CCMS. The best thing according to me will be,

take help from an ABAPer, tell him to write a Report which will fetch the data according to your format. Then schedule a job which will run the Report and then define a spool reciepient (your e-mail id). So whenever that job will finish you will get the output as spool in your mailbox!

Hi,

you can setup automated alert monitoring via CCMS, however I doubt there is automatic reporting of excel sheets.
