Good day.

I'm just wondering if there is a standard report that displays open sales order with its corresponding quantity, delivered quantity and remaining quantity?

you can find open saples order in VA05.

yup i knew that but that report does not display the remaining quantity..

Hi,

You can use the transaction V_RA. Though it is usually used for backorder processing / modifying confirmed quantities, it can meet your requirement as it shows both open quantity and confirmed quantity besides other information like material, customer, sales order, line item.

Thank you for your replies. I am actually planning to create report for future reference but for now I' just going to take you opinions regarding the subject matter.

hi,

though we exaclty dont have a stand report to show your requirement but you can fulfill with the help of both VA05 and V_RA. However developing a simple report based on this logic to meet your requirement is also not a huge thing provided the business wants one such thing.

You can refer to the table VBUP for the particular line item of the sales order. It will give you the status of each item.
