Problem with SAP Wizard in SMD

Hi

My SMD is running on a dual stack and I try to install SMD agent on a java platform only

When the Setup wizard is finish I receive the following error message from the setup

" Creation of user sapsupport failed. If the User Store is ABAP, please create user sapsupport with SU01 and run SMD Monitored Setup again"

I checked on the SMD server and the sapsupport user is there with the proper authorization. On my portal java server, the user exist also. Did anyone alredy seen this error.

If I remember I always have the same error.

But all works fine.

If you want you can retry the Wizard and don't see the error.
