In your Pricing Procedure,If you dont want to add any value of the the condition type in the total condition value, then you have to check that condition value as statistical.
this is the use of the statistical check box.

Stastical means it will not add to Total calculation you can see the condition value but it will not add in Total or subtotal it will be statstical

Plz find below the purpose of Statistics, and other check box function:
Statistical - This condition value will not affect the actual price, it is only for information purposes. Example- If you want to see the total cash discount you got during a fiscal year.
Manual - You must enter these conditions manually as they will not be automatically proposed
Mandatory - This condition type must be entered on the document or you cannot proceed.
