Hi,

Is there any method or data avaiable in SAP system through which i can trace the no of user have connected to the SAP system durring last one month and how did they connect like they connected through SAPGUI or through ITS.

Please advice.

if the info is stored it can be found in trx ST03N

Select expert mode, select server that you want to analyst & that will have the stats per day/week/month.

Lots of info there, just not in an easily accessible format. Security Audit log is much better if you want to regularly report on this information.

Table USR02 shows last logon date/time. Note that for users connecting via a portal, there won't be any statistics. Not sure if the security audit log can help you there, even.

And, of course, the sec audit log is probably not activated anyway...

USH02 table --- which records the change history of the user logon data.
