Can any one tell me FM to get Fiscal year between 2 dates for a particular country?

but this FM requires Fiscal Year Variant.

this FM gives date for Fiscal year.

i want reverse which gives fiscal year for 2 dates.

Fiscal years are not assigned to countries.
