Print Button Disable

Hai,

For certain users i need to disable the Printing option. How this can be done.

you just need to get into Authorizations and disable what follows for the especified user:

Administration> System Initialization>Authorization --> General Authorization

after that choose a user and go to

General --> Print Layout Design and choose No uthorization for that line

Hi,

Still problem not yet solved. For the purchase user i need to disable the print preview option for the purchase order.

Please let me know how this can be done.

you just need to get into Authorizations and disable what follows for the especified user:

Administration> System Initialization>Authorization --> General Authorization

After that under Administration>System Initialization>Print Preferences select and choose No authorization
