I have got an ABAP dump in one of my R/3 server. OS is windows 2003 server and DB is MS SQL Server 2000. Details of the error are as follows:

"DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR" CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DBC

"SAPMS380" or "MS380F10"

"DELETE_OLD_SNAP_RECORDS"

Could anybody propose a solution for this?

Hi,

In the database error text part of ST22 it is showing

"[0] connection failure". Any suggestion?

The database is running. What I feel is the connection to the database is getting failed often and hence the error happens.

Any suggestion to this.

Chec the "analysis" section of the dump and post the database error.
