I'm having problem with my IDoc, the status is 68 and the icon is green. How can I resolve such an issue?

Hi Diba007,

IDocs are very special. So if you do not reveal IDoc type, in- or outbound, processing function, business process the clear answer is forty-two.

Clemens

Hi Clemen,

Here is the info that you are looking for:

IDoc Type - Outbound IDoc = 0000000004602114

- Inbound - IDoc 0000000000993936

Process Function = MATMAS

Business Process = Create Material

I hope this is sufficient but if not please let me know.

Thanks for the reply.

Hi dibah,

the IDoc inbound processing was finished unexpectedly when it tried to create a material supplied with the IDoc. I think the process will create an application log accessible from IDoc status segment display or via transaction SLG1. This should have the complete error message that led to the status 68.

If not, the inbound processing function has been modified using customer-exit or own function. Hard to know the details without looking at the system.

You can use IDoc test transaction WE19 and check with help of debugger.

Regards,

Clemens
