Hi,
We are planning to implement the MI in our existing SAP Infrastructure,Can somebody suggest good documents to start with ,especially in configuration part.

The installation guide is the best.. Check Service market place for the document..

The installation guide doesn't say anything on the config part,its the generic inst guide.

Once after completing installation:
1. Run the template installer which does all the required configuration.
To run the template installer, go to
http://<MIServer_hostname:50000/nwa
Go to tab "deploy and change”. Use scenario MI for template execution.
2. Deploy the sapjra.rar through deploy tool for Mobile Administrator.
Procedure is clearly given in https://help.sap.com
3. As told by Ajith, its always better to go through SAP document from
http://service.sap.com/instguides

If i do a NW04s Installation with usage type MI,what version of MI will get installed?

You will get MI 7.0 if you install NW04s with usage type MI.

Now its all in all SAP NETWEAVER 7.0 (NW04s). So all the components of Netweaver 7.0 are named out of this as BI 7.0, MI 7.0, EP 7.0, PI 7.0.
Yeah, now SAP Netweaver Mobile 7.1 SPS 03 is also in picture.
