md04 qty to show in 2 decimals

Hi,

Is it possible to get the qty in md04 in 2 decimals? right now the quantity is picked for 3 decimals.

Can anyone advice on how this can be done?

Can we know why do you want to see only 2 decimal in MD04...is there any reason?

Hi..

The value is taken from MARA table..Generally its stored in 3 decimals..

See if you can change it with ABAP development...

Hi ,

In such cases only we can convince the client for the same as it does not affect the process adversely. So try to convince ur client by giving the reason that it is taking value from SAP standard table and this field is there with three decimal places.

Or else take the help from ABAPER . I am not sure this can be done thru enhancement or not .

But the easy way is to convince the client

The data what you are asking is being fetched from Material Master Basic Data 1. These datas are being stored in table MARA which is configured for 3 decimals and we cannot change the same.
