JSPM & SPSTab.xml

I'm trying to install a support stack in JSPM - I've downloaded all the files including my SPSTab.xml, however when I try & install the stack it says "Either you do not have a stack definition XML file in the inbox directory or the file is not valid." there are no error messages in SCAN_INBOX_xx.LOG (or any other logs). I've patched JSPM as a "single support package", re-created the xml file, checked the authorisations (it's windows) and everthing else I can think of. Any suggestions as to what could be wrong?

Thanks in advance for your help.

I've found my mistake - In the log viewer I clicked on "All Severities" thinking that this would show all messages of any severity. Instead one has to click on "Error" to see any errors, I was then able to problem solve the error OK.

Thanks

for you reply.

Hello!

Please make sure that there is only one file with extension .xml in your EPS/in directory.
