load planning area version

Hi all,

Iam trying to upload the flat file data to planning area through the info cube.

I have the data in the info cube.

I have two keyfigure data in the infocube.

1)sales history

2)promotion history

so when iam loading the data in to the PA,how to select the 2 keyfigures and how to laod the data.

whether i have to load the data..using sourse kf-history/target kf history(apo side)

once and save it and again go to load planning area version and again select sourse kf prommotion and target kf-promo hist (apo side)load it and save.

or can i have any other option to laod the two keyfiguers to PA at a time?

can i add rows there to laod once at a time?

Hi all,

i got the solution..

we can load the keyfigures at a time..

Like 1st we have to enter the sourse kf(sales hist) and target kf(hist-apo side).

and select insert row in the middle of the load planning area version screen.

u will finnd some icons in the middle of the screen..like select all,deselct all....etc the last two icons are insert row and delete row...

clik on insert row ,give type-kf copy:infocube-planning area..description..and enter ur second kf...sourse and target..

and save it...thats it...
