Downloads are failing with a "The request failed: 400" error. Any ideas what is going on. I originally was using JRE 1.6. Thought it might be a problem. I'm now running JRE 1.4.2. Otherwise I'm buffaloed.

I was successful downloading a note but I still cannot download software.

This depends on your SID that you are using to login to service.sap.com.....check those priveleges.
I believe you need more priveleges to download software.
