Attribute Check PPOSA_BBP gives ABAP short dump

The program SAPLBBP_ATTR_CHECK is ABEND-ing here:

000560 OTHERS = 1.

000570 IF sy-subrc <> 0. "No business partner found

> CALL FUNCTION 'RH_READ_OBJECT'

000590 EXPORTING

Apparently this is because the business partner is not maintained for user the attribute check is being done for. My question is: Is this a known issue ? If the user is replicated properly, will the problem go? Is it neccessary to maintain business partner for a user and then replicate it from R/3 ?

Seems like the user / org structure is not configured properly. Please do the consistency check in org structure as well the related users.
