Hello SDNers,

I do transports with TC: STMS as explained in <a href="/people/manfred.lutz/blog/2007/04/27/abap-trial-version-for-newbies-part-9-importing-a-transport-into-sp1112.

Now, this is old transport request from 4.6C

and I have problem to import it with STMS

i my Preview installation NW 2004s SP7.

I have uncompressed the files using with SAPCAR

(even if I am developer -:), I could do it)

	x Cofiles
	x Cofiles/K000222.SK7
	x Data
	x Data/D000222.SK7
	x Data/R000222.SK7

and prepared for transport as usual.

After while the transport is running (truck icon).

After refreshing finally there is again 'green sign',

request ready for transport.

I have not problem with transport requests consisting only of

	x Cofiles
	x Cofiles/K000111.SK7
	x Data
	x Data/R000111.SK7

I have tried to search in SDN. I suppose it is special occassion.

Peter

Hi Peter,

Regular transports only consist in a K (cofile) file and a R (Data) file.... what's the problem? is the system not able to find the file when you try to add it to the queue or is the problem related to the import?

regards

Juan

Hello Juan,

I find the file and can attach to the queue as usually.

Transport is running (truck sign) after time, I check with 'Refresh' and the green sign appears again. So it is related to the import, to answer your question.

It is only queue, which I can not transport.

Thank you for your interest. I wait still for some suggestion, after I award.

Bye,

Peter

Hello Juan,

I have checked the TC: SE80. Package was transported, even if in /nSTMS shows ready for transport. OK it is a preview stack. Thank you for your interest. Awarded.

Bye, Peter
