Delete item in the PO

Hi all !

Please help me,

We have SRM 5.0 the Extended Classic Scenario (SAPKIBKT10).

I have problem when delete the one item of a five item in the PO through Delete Pushbutton and status PO - held. <i><u>The item - materials</u></i>. If I try to delete the item when PO ordered in that case in the backend to set the indicator, but if I try to delete the item when PO held and after to order PO then I have error and copy PO not to appear in the backend. In the Application Monitors Backend application to give a process error: Item 0002 does not exist. We applied notes 1086757, 1087473. But this notes don't solved my problem.

Thank you for your answer,

I know that I can simply delete the line items in the PO within SRM,

but in case that PO already was ordered and it's copy in the backend.

If PO is don't ordered, in this case I have error.

Hi

If you are using extended classic scenario you can simply delete the line items in the PO within SRM. This will replicate the appropriate changes in the backend.

You won't be able to change the PO in the backend as this is standard functionality.
