SLD server Start Failure

Hi All,

I have found that the Jco connections got affected for the EP7 system, the reason of which was SLD server failure. I have found that the SLD server was stopped.

I have started it anyway, but wanted to know why it stopped. The following are the logs found. Can anybody help in getting the reason.

#2 11/09/2007 04:32:23.259 [SAPEngine_Application_Thread[impl:3]_5] WARNING com.sap.lcr.sagent.DataSupplierServlet: Request ignored! Received data for SLD bridge from 163.243.220.221. Bridge not started.

#1 11/07/2007 21:25:06.469 [SAPEngine_Application_Thread[impl:3]_10] WARNING com.sap.lcr.sagent.DataSupplierServlet: Request ignored! Received data for SLD bridge from 163.243.220.221. Bridge not started.

#0 11/07/2007 16:44:47.705 [SAPEngine_Application_Thread[impl:3]_24] FATAL com.sap.lcr.start.StartDirector: SLD start failure, profile parameter ObjectManager.BufferInstances must be set to FALSE in J2EE cluster environment. Change the SLD profile and start the application again.

Thanks,

VR.

Hi Vera,

From SLD manual; qoute "On an SAP J2EE Engine cluster with more. than one node, you must set the parameter BufferInstances to "false""

Page 19 from the manual below,
