HI,
if you could use the "new" Editor (only available in newer releases 4,7 and above) you have a small icon at the bottom on the right side beneeth "NUM". There you can change the fonts.

I dont think you can change the fonts in ABAP EDitor.
have a look at the customizing of local layout options .(Alt+F12).
