How to remove old objects from SPAU after upgrade completed????

We have performed a number of upgrades on this site and over the time a large list of objects has built up in SPAU. Most of these have been reset to SAP standard but this appear in SPAU.

These objects were modified when applying OSS Notes, prior to the modification assistant.

What do we need to do so that we do not have these objects appear in the next upgrade?

At present there are approximately 4,000 such objects.

Any suggestions/answers greatly appreciated
